This piece was inspired by my holidays on the Greek Ionian islands. Lefkos or Lefkada was my favourite place. It is one of the Ionians most unspoilt locations. 'Lefkos' consists of three movements or three pieces making the one whole. I recorded Lefkos just after composing it in 1998. It was programmed as the last item on my 'Guitar Recital' CD of the same year.
